Client is subject to an additional hourly rate of $20 for any edits on a previously-approved design. This applies to:

- client requests edits AFTER they have already approved the final design
- client requests linework or structural edits after artist has moved on to colors
​
To avoid this fee, please be respectful and convey any and all edits at the appropriate time (linework edits upon linework update, color edits upon color update).

PLEASE COMMUNICATE UPON BOOKING IF YOU REQUIRE A VECTOR FILE. Fully-shaded figures and designs cannot easily be vectorized and client will be charged the additional hourly rate if they do not specify beforehand that the file needs to be a vector.
ABOUT THE COMMISSION PROCESS
Wait time depends on queue length at the moment that payment is received, and will be communicated to client. Understand that unexpected events in Mag's personal life can affect the wait time. TURNAROUND CAN BE 2-6 WEEKS.
Artwork updates will be sent via client's preferred method of communication (email, discord, instagram, etc.).
Client MUST pay for commercial rights if design will be distributed or sold as stickers, shirts, patches, or other merch.
Rates are subject to vary depending on complexity. Rates will always be communicated to client at the time of booking.
Mag is NOT responsible for making edits to already-approved pieces if client does not communicate specifics upon initial commissioning (color limits, file sizes and types, etc.).
Mag is NOT client's payroll graphic designer. If, after final design approval and sending of files, client returns to Mag with edits, changes, or entire redraws, Mag will treat it as a new commission. Client will be subject to the approprate commission rate AND wait time.
